Ideas Accelerator was born out of a love for helping kiwi businesses use innovation and design thinking to prosper and grow.

Louise Webster and Andy Blackburn are New Zealand entrepreneurs who originally launched Ideas Accelerator in 2003. In 2009 they went on to form the NZ Innovation Council and NZ Innovation Awards. And after selling these businesses to KPMG in 2017 they relaunched Ideas Accelerator to help NZ innovators, businesses and communities identify new pathways for the future.

Ideas Accelerator is dedicated to assisting organisations build innovation capability for the growth and development of new products, services and improving the performance of people and teams. Ideas Accelerator was born out of a love for helping kiwi businesses use innovation and design thinking to prosper and grow.
